 Collaborate with sponsors and business managers to define project objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
 Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
 Identify, document, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
 Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
 Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
 Continuously monitor and manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success.
 Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), System Analysts (SAs), and the Program Manager to plan and execute requirement gathering sessions.
