Project Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for working closely with the leadership team to plan, coordinate, and deliver new projects related to equipment and product implementation—ensuring alignment with stakeholders’ requirements, timelines, scope, and cost objectives. The role includes leading cross‑functional project execution from requirements definition through deployment, prototype builds, validation, production readiness, and launch. The Project Manager also ensures compliance with automotive quality standards and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
