- Project Management : Strong project management and leadership abilities for managing complex implementations
- Create and Track project plan
- Collaborate with various technical, functional teams along with customers and users.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- MES Expertise : Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms
- Technical Acumen : Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial.
