Defining constraints (budget, planning).
Responsible for assembling and leading the project team.
Responsible for the technical design of the entire project.
Responsible for preparing specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external).
Responsible for the selection of orders, engineering firms, and contractors. Also consider specific resources, e.g., designers, but also outsourcing (part) projects.
Directing and monitoring all resources, both internal and external.
Maintaining contact with the client throughout the project to capture and assess changes. If agreed upon, implementing them in the project (scope changes).
