As PM/PO Ecommerce, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and proactive support for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage business demand, adapting to variable needs according to demand
- Support business teams in the implementation of technologies and developments
- Drive continuous and proactive business improvement by identifying pain points and new opportunities
- Coordinate tasks and incidents with development teams
- Analyze and document tasks/incidents for development teams
- Manage backlog and prioritize in favor of business objectives
- Provide support to development teams for correct implementation of tasks/incidents
