Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery processes and ensure effective adoption of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices across teams.
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Technical key account managers, Architects, Team Leads, and key stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery objectives.
• Track and monitor project progress, sprint commitments, team velocity, and key delivery metrics to ensure predictable and successful outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, and customer commitments.
