Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Civil for residential low-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall project execution, client coordination, site management, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end execution of residential low-rise construction projects
- Handle project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines are maintained
- Manage both inside office teams and off-site/site execution teams effectively
- Monitor project progress, manpower planning, and material management
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates
