Project Manager, ICI – Permanent

Overview: Parker Huggett is partnering with a well-established General Contractor to identify a Project Manager who thrives on variety, responsibility, and delivering meaningful projects across Southern and Central Ontario. With new project awards in the pipeline, our client is actively recruiting for multiple ICI projects in the GTA.

This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of work, including:

• Complex interiors
• Manufacturing and industrial facilities
• Institutional renovations, additions, and new builds
• Ground‑up commercial and ICI developments
• Multi‑family, seniors’ housing, and low‑income housing

About You

• Project Management experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
• Strong tenure in previous roles with a history of full‑cycle project delivery
