Project Manager, HRIS (18-months Contract)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Human Resource, this role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to oversee HRIS projects, driving system review and implementation, as well as HR process and workflow optimisation and automation initiatives to enhance user experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS related projects including HR systems procurement which entails drafting of scope of works, calling and awarding of tender, as well as implementation and deployment of new functionalities
• Identify areas of inefficiencies in the areas of HR processes, integrations, and data loads and remediate them using technology
• Collaborate closely with HR functional teams, IT and other business stakeholders on system related and workflow process optimisation and automation
