1. Main responsibility

Customer Relationship Management

• Follow up on customer requirements and ensure accurate, timely communication.
• Confirm orders, delivery schedules, and project-related requirements with clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Welcome and support visiting clients.
• Proactively handle and resolve customer issues during project execution.

Project Management

• Lead weekly project meetings to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) 90%.
• Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure all related costs (CIA) are pre-approved.
• Participate in quality meetings and provide feedback on customer requirements.
