Project Planning and Organization Develop comprehensive project plans, including the scope of work (SOW), master timeline, checklists, resource allocation, and personnel arrangements. Prepare project cost estimates, control expenditures, and optimize budget utilization within the approved budget. Coordination and Project Execution Coordinate with relevant departments, including Creative, Content, Event, Account, Production, and Procurement, as well as external suppliers, to ensure effective project implementation. Monitor project progress, update checklists and timelines, organize operational meetings, and provide periodic progress reports. Risk and Quality Management Identify potential risks, provide early warnings, and resolve issues arising during project implementation.
