Job Description
Take the lead in community development as a part-time Project Manager for the Mend It Don't Rag It programme at Neuthread. This role enhances sustainable practices and volunteer growth in Teesside.
As a Project Manager – Community, you will oversee the delivery of initiatives focused on volunteer engagement, sustainability, and community partnerships. This means actively recruiting volunteers and building relationships with local organizations to create positive change. Work flexibility allows for 15 to 22.5 hours per week, making it an ideal choice for work-life balance.

• Ensure timely delivery of the MIDRI programme's activities
• Manage project reporting and data analysis for impact tracking
