Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations.
+ Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
+ Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
+ Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
