Job Description:
Need a very strong Senior Project Manager with hands‑on experience leading global, multi‑market deployments of Smart Ops and Digital Ops solutions for large QSR/retail enterprise. You will orchestrate cross‑functional deployment PODs, partner closely with Product & Engineering, and engage with global brand and market leadership to land outcomes at pace and scale.
End‑to‑end project ownership:
Own day‑to‑day project execution and ensure delivery is aligned to the approved scope, milestones, and overall program schedule.
Multi‑stakeholder coordination:
Act as the primary coordination point between Customer teams, Market teams, Capgemini delivery teams, and Business Analysts, ensuring alignment across all parties.
