- Understand client requirements and perform quantity take-offs based on marking and RCP drawings.
- Prepare BOQ by analyzing specification sheets and identifying discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in pre-tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, raising relevant pre-bid queries.
- Prepare initial quotes and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the design team to analyze architectural and service drawings.
