Job Description
The Role
- Successfully manage multiple activities in investment operations for a variety of clients.
- Respond to requests from internal or external clients for additional information as assigned.
- Clearly and efficiently communicate with custodial banks, investment and fund managers, record-keepers and other external parties involved, as well as client servicing and operational teams, to ensure all activities are aligned.
- Adhere to our Professional Excellence principles to ensure that work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Demonstrate risk‑management excellence and adhere to documented procedures.
- Provide specialist advice to the various teams in the business.
- Support the Operations (Onboarding, Trade Management, Middle Office, Investment Performance and Processing, and Third‑Party Oversight) team, developing good working relationships and openly communicating on work matters.
