Overview

Project Manager Location: Madrid, Spain

Contract: Full-time, in person

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Languages: Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken

Start date: Negotiable within reason

Key Responsibilities

• Attend studio and project meetings, ensuring clear follow-up, next steps and accountability.
• Set and maintain the pace of each project, keeping milestones, deadlines and priorities on track.
• Manage resourcing across the studio, allocating team members and freelancers according to project needs, capacity and skill set.
• Build, maintain and adjust the master studio schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project workflows from briefing through delivery, ensuring that information moves clearly between the creative director, design team, collaborators and clients.
