Project Manager – Capital Projects (Facilities & Construction)
Location: Malver, PA (Travel Required to Project Sites)
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with strong experience delivering capital construction and facilities projects ranging from $250K to $5M, with most projects in the $1M–$2M range. This role focuses on small facilities renovations, asset replacement, and multi-site project execution in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a construction or mechanical background, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Experience in biopharma, research labs, or vivarium environments is highly desirable.
