Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop project timelines and ensure tasks are properly scheduled. Liaise with engineers and workshop to confirm technical specs and fabrication status. Secure all documentation: safety files, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments. Identify material needs early and follow up with procurement to avoid last-minute shortages. Manage and lead all on-site personnel, including technicians, artisans, and subcontractors. Enforce discipline, safety, and productivity on site. Coordinate equipment, tools, and vehicles required for execution.
