Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes
  • Provide updates and strategic recommendations to City leadership and council Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
  • Lead and support collaborative delivery models such as IPD, alliance, and progressive CM
  • Work closely with designers, contractors, and consultants
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and alignment meetings

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the City and all stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external agencies
  • Manage communication with community members, Indigenous groups, and government bodies
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and milestones
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
