Project Manager, Business Development – African Markets

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and lead the implementation of local production initiatives across Africa
• Lead and coordinate diverse, cross‑functional teams across brands and cultures
• Track, monitor, and report on project milestones in line with Board of Management requirements
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive team performance to meet targets
• Represent VWGA internally and externally and negotiate with governmental authorities and production partners
• Engage with Group, Regional, Local and external stakeholders to formulate, implement and monitor the Corporate regional strategy
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support sustainable growth in African markets
• Evaluate and implement new projects, with a focus on local production initiatives
