Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and committed mental health professional to join our established team as Project Manager in Bradford. The role will be responsible for the operational management of Hill Top Cottages, our recovery-based MH supported living service in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of mental health recovery approaches, promoting independence and community links.
- Drive the service forward, empowering service users to move to less supported accommodation.
- Positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
- Person‑centred approach, achieving positive outcomes through co‑production with service users and creative multi‑agency working.
- Write clear assessments, support plans and guidelines, and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
