Qualifications:
Scrum Master:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
- Experience or knowledge in Project Management is a plus
- Scrum Certification is a plus
- Must be amenable to work on a hybrid setup in BGC
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management and software delivery
- Must have handled complex projects with multiple integrations
- Must be amenable to work on a full onsite in Makati
