A Project Management Team Leader will be responsible for assigning and performing projects for European, National, Central America accounts. Ensures adherence to agreed Project Management guidelines and operation standards on behalf of Project Management Manager.

How You'll Make An Impact Support the Project Management Manager in optimizing workflow, scheduling, and prioritization to balance cost, time, and accuracy. Manage team performance through one-on-ones, quarterly check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews. Work closely with the Project Management team to establish resources, processes, and shown methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
