About the Role
The Project Management Specialist will serve as a key driver in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects within the Human Resources Department and across intersecting business units.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day coordination and analytical tracking of HR initiatives, ensuring processes are streamlined and projects are delivered efficiently. Working closely with the Departmental Project Manager (DPM), you will turn project data into actionable insights, map out cross-functional workflows, and maintain strict project governance so leadership can focus on high-level organizational transformation.
