- Position Title: Project Management Executive
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm); Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Prepare, update, and manage tender documents.
- Manage and monitor project costs to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Identify, monitor, and reduce project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contract matters.
- Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
- Review and negotiate with contractors on pricing and cost‑saving options, from initial estimates to final approval.
