Job ResponsibilitiesTransition Planning & Execution - Plan and execute WBD GBS transitions across multiple functions and global locations according to the GBS transition methodology and playbook. Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Ensure all transition tollgates have been met and operations are stabilized before transition shutdownWorkshop Participation - Participate in workshops with executive leadership to develop transition scope, resource requirements, timelines, communication plans and budgets in line with GBS transition methodology and playbookLiaise With Transition Support Functions - Ensure staffing and infrastructure is in place to effectively execute transition.
