Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end transitions for Medical coding clients, including due diligence, solution design, process migration, stabilization, and handover to operations. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Training, HR, and IT to ensure timely and successful transitions. • Drive governance and communication frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with business goals. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare industry standards during all phases of transition • Prepare and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and updates to leadership and clients. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhance best practices in the transitions function.
