Job Description
The Program Lead will manage and drive the execution of Smartedu Bridges international mobility program, ensuring high-quality operations, strong partner relationships, and successful candidate placements. This role combines operational leadership with hands‑on program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies, employers, and institutional stakeholders in Finland and internationally.
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and placement processes in alignment with program standards. Develop workflows, monitoring systems, and reporting frameworks to track program performance and outcomes.
