Project Lead (ERP): Leading end‑to‑end ERP migration/implementation projects with an accent on defining scope, managing budget, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Focus on ensuring alignment with strategic goals, mitigating risks, and controlling financial aspects.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Lisboa, Portugal.

What you will do
- Lead end‑to‑end ERP migration and implementation projects.
- Define and manage project scope, plans, budget, and deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Control financial aspects of the project, including costs and forecasts.
- Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new ERP systems.
