Project Lead, Integrated Operations Transformation

Big Science Sweden is looking for a Project Manager for the Integrated Operations Programme at the La Silla Paranal Observatory. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and complete projects aimed at developing the next generation Observatory operations model while ensuring alignment with ESO's goals.

In this critical role, you will lead the project through its lifecycle, coordinating closely with a diverse team of engineers and experts. You will be integral in the digital transformation of operations processes, facing unique challenges in a multicultural environment.
