Project Launch Management Engineer

We are looking for a PLM Engineer to join the Electronics Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Process Engineering Manager. This position is based at our office in Tepotzotlan.

• Lead product planning and development processes for English language learning solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during product ideation, design, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Manage the product retirement and transition process.
