Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Own overall accountability for project outcomes and deliverables across both districts enrolment targets, certification rates, Grounding milestones, Wage Employment placements and Enterprise Development; the Project Head is the first escalation point when any outcome indicator is at risk
Lead Centre finalisation, drive MoU negotiation with centres, lease negotiation, equipment procurement and centre setup ensure both centres are fully operational as per timeline.
Oversee infrastructure, equipment and staffing setup across all centres (Hub + Spoke) coordinate for all procurement for all; confirm trainer and Centre Manager deployment before batch commencement
Manage relationships with all programme stakeholders at district level
Supervise Centre Managers, conduct fortnightly one-on-ones, review weekly MIS submissions, track batch-level attendance and completion trajectories, and intervene directly when a centre is underperforming against its ta...
