Assist to check design, in terms of characters and identity, constructability, space planning and its efficiency with reference to design parameter checklist.

Coordinate and compile submission, tender & construction, shop drawing, as‑built and handing over documents inclusive of T&C/O&M.

Coordinate and assist to attend with main contractor and NSC on the design and technical clarification issues (e.g. RFI), and follow up AI/EI during the project implementation stage. Periodic site inspection and attend site meeting.

Join CPC inspection and assist to follow‑up with CPC issuance process – inspection, preparation of defect list.

Coordinate submission drawings and documents to authorities.

Prepare DLAP documents, marketing materials info, SPA documents and project implementation documents i.e. block numbering, project signboard info, priority area stage. Periodic site inspection ...
