Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing detailed and accurate sales quotations and project proposals.
- Develop independent quotations after completion of the probation period.
- Assist with schematic and layout drawings based on client and sales specifications.
- Perform site layout measurements and define reticulation layouts (water, electrical, and infrastructure).
- Conduct detailed cost estimations for materials such as steel, panels, concrete, and structural components.
- Perform site inspections and measurements where required for accurate costing.
- Update and maintain supplier pricing lists, cost databases, and pricing matrices.
- Calculate landed costs and prepare pricing for specialised or complex quotations.
