Role Overview
Act as an Engineering Manager in demanding technology and investment projects and programs within the process industry, focusing on renewable products and circular solutions. Experience in process industry investment projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi‑disciplinary design team of lead engineers.
- Manage the technical result of the project, including engineering scope, schedule, resource planning, cost control, safety, quality, and change management.
- Ensure design and engineering activities meet or exceed engineering standards for quality, cost, safety, and performance.
