**Description:**
You will be the Project Engineering Manager - Availability Team: for the F-35 Line of Business Project Engineering Availability team which is responsible for supporting sustainment business for the F‑35 Program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Project Engineering Manager - Availability Team you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team that drives fleet availability, depot stand‑ups, and RMIP/EIB efforts while partnering across functions and program stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Managing team resources within allocated budgets to ensure support for all projects in a dynamic environment.
+ Identifying and addressing issues, risks, and opportunities that impact fleet availability.
+ Interacting with senior leadership in E&T, program management, sustainment, and key stakeholders.
