Location: HawaiiECC is seeking candidates to fill a Project Engineer position for upcoming work in Hawaii and surrounding areas. This position will support large federal government construction projects for Department of Defense (DoD) clients. The primary responsibilities of this position includes planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and ECC procedures. In this position, you will:

Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, submittals, and project documentation

Review, interpret, and update drawings, specifications, and as-built documents

Perform field inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety, and quality requirements

Track scope, schedule, budget, quantities, and production rates for assigned tasks
