Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to support end-to-end project management, from tender estimation, project scoping, sub-contractor selection, drawing submissions, on-site project execution, to testing & commissioning and project handover
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and subcontractor services as per project plan
- Supervise and ensure ongoing works on-site are on track according to project schedule
- Prepare shop drawings for ACMV, fire protection services, and combined service drawings (CSD) to facilitate effective site coordination with all project stakeholders
- Prepare a power interruption plan (PIP) for projects involving live systems and communicate the work procedure to all project stakeholders
- Prepare project progress reports for director, consultants and clients
