Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the progress of works to the OIC, Project Director, Client and his Contractors.
- Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
- Attend QAQC meetings, to carry out audits and ensure that quality on all works being carried out.
- Assist in verification of all reports and claims relating to civil & structural, geotechnical, architectural and M&E works submitted by the contractors.
- Facilitate the supervision team in resolving main contractors' queries and coordinate the Works and other contractors on site.
- Liaise with all relevant authorities and stakeholders in obtaining the necessary approvals to commence works.
- Assist client to facilitate the verification of reports and claims submitted by the main contractors and other ancillary contractors.
