Work Mode: On-Site

Main Activities Monitor compliance with the daily production schedule. Monitor quality and each daily process. Plan and strategize product fulfillment based on the MPS (Master Production Schedule). Monitor critical process parameters. Monitor and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans. Weekly quality report for corporate indicator meetings. Ensure and train on each work procedure. Implement increasingly effective controls that impact productivity and quality improvement. Implement at least 4 continuous improvement events per year in the area for presentation of plant savings projects. Workload planning according to the MPS. Job Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: 2 to 3 years in manufacturing, preferably in the ceramics industry.
