Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and milestones using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project flow from design to handover.
- Monitor project progress against baselines; track variances in scope, schedule, cost, and quality; prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQ, contracts, and technical submittals; identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Manage change orders, variations, RFIs (Requests for Information), and technical queries; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
