Job Description
- Involve in overall project planning and execution from project inception to completion.
- Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and coordination prior to execution.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions for design discrepancies, clashes, conflicts and technical issues.
- Liaise closely with consultants, clients, architects, contractors and relevant authorities to expedite drawings, approvals and technical submissions.
- Coordinate and supervise all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage and productivity to ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule.
