What does an r&d project engineer do at the Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk? As an r&d project engineer, you will become part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of several technology and design engineers who develop the next-generation core components for oil-injected screw compressors that power an enormous variety of global applications. Your primary responsibility as an r&d project engineer is to drive the complete development trajectory of these products from concept and initial prototype to the launch of serial production, working on projects that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
