Work on New Product & Process Development on TMS Business General Responsibilities Participates in a project from start to finish, or one phase of a large project, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Assists with the implementation of an established project plan; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; identifies, resolves, or escalates operational problems and minimizes delays. Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitors activities, allocating resources and assigning tasks to ensure these targets are met.
