Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shall ensure the Project is executed as per the agreed contract specification, project cost, timeline and Contractual frame.
- Guiding the technical team in design reviews and ensuring the design documents are reviewed within the contractually agreed turnaround timeline.
- Follow up with Owners Engineer, EPC Contractor for technical documents submission asper the agreed master document list.
- Coordinate with Owners Engineer and PTS Engineering department for smooth technical reviews. Resolve all open technical issues through regular design review meetings.
- Prepare the agenda for various meetings and ensure that the notes of meeting are issued immediately.
- Liaise and Coordinate with Lenders Engineer, Independent Engineer, Regulatory Authorities (SPPG, PUB, NEA, JTC etc.), Third Parties (Oil Tanking, SLNG, Powergas etc.)
- Ensure zero accident and zero-time loss due to injury.
