Strategically lead digital transformation and technological modernization in the public sector using complex low-code architectures. You will manage government stakeholders and ensure agile governance aligned with delivery KPIs.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Essential: OutSystems Certifications (Expert + 2x Arch/Ops), active Agile certifications (PMP/IPMA D + PSM I + PSPO I + PAL I).
• Desirable: MBA or advanced management degree.
• Minimum Experience: 10 years in OutSystems and 8 years in the public sector.
