This role demands someone who understands a brand at its deepest level-not just how it looks, but how it is constructed, the systems and patterns that make it work in practice, and how design components fit together across a complex organization with multiple teams and channels.
You will act as the connective tissue between creative leads, the design team, digital operations, and the wider business, ensuring every workstream moves in unison. You must be equally comfortable leading a nuanced brand strategy conversation as you are driving a detailed production planning meeting.
