We’re looking for a Project Director who can bring together strong team leadership, excellent client delivery, and calm operational control in a fast-moving agency environment at dentsu Creative in Helsinki.
Overview
This central role helps shape how the team works, supports the development of a small team of Project Managers, and keeps selected client accounts moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop project management processes and the team.
- Act as team lead for a small group of Project Managers.
- Take on a direct client‑face role and manage key client accounts.
- Handle resourcing, invoicing, and project process profitability.
- Own profitability of your own client accounts.
