Responsibilities

The main role of the Project Development Associate is to assist in Project Development work, i.e. conceptualization of product/s, data gathering of competition/research, feasibility studies, permits acquisition, financial runs, and the like.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Financeor equivalent.
• With at least 2-3 years experience in Project Development or similar, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, research, and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
